[SOLVED] TinyMCE not showing WYSIWYG

I am running CMSMS 1.3.1 with TinyMCE 2.4.2
The editor is only showing the raw text window, and clicking on the bottom checkbox doesn't show the WYSIWYG mode. What's wrong?

How is My Preferences > User Preferences > Select WYSIWYG to use ?
Which install method ? which transfer tool ?
Anything strange in the http logS ?

I have fixed the problem by changing the modules folder permission from 777 to 755.
