bug fix needed for ie 6 admin theme

Hi there

I hope some one can tell me how to fix a bug in ie 6 in the admin panel section.
When login in or changing to a diffrent page its not loading the theme correct also with the default theme after you refresh the page it will show correct check the screenshot

tested now on 1.4beta1 and 1.3.1
no problem there on IE6

You have problem on server, maybe file didn't make it or corrupt or server permission setting...?

Have it in IE6,IE7,Ff, etc....
