Hi everybody,
I am trying to get the reservation module to work and it works now.
But I have a couple of problems with it and there isnot much info about it. Maybe somebody can shed some light on it?
These are my problems:
-Where can I change the layout of the forms? There are so may of them and right now for example the boxes 1, 2 and 3 and the adults and child boxes are placed weird on the page.
-Does this module has an option that it checks the database to see if rooms still are available? Because I made a lot of reservations and it goes on and on and every time the reservation is made. So that is not good of course.
-Then I figured out how to let the people that make a reservation get an email saying something like for instance: "Thanks for your reservation". But how do I include their reservation? That they know what they booked and where.
I get an email with all the details, so it must be possible that the client get that one too.

Have you checked to see who is the module creator and maybe contact them about this? or look in the bug tracker for it to see if it's been reported, and are you using the latest ver. of it, check forge to make sure as the latest may not show in module manager...

The autor's website is being changed. I can email him and will try that.
What is this forge? Do you have an url of it?

Well I have written the writer of the module, but no response and I read all the threads about the Reservation module, but I understand that the writer of this module is too busy with other things to help out.
I also wrote somebody that put the reservation module in a website a couple of years ago and she wrote to me, that she has not access to that website anymore and that she also didnot get it to work at first and had the help of the writer of this module. So for now it is going nowhere.
I will try and get some help for the Rent a car module. It is not the same of course, but can be handy maybe in the future.
