Different Languages to same site?

Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to have a rule somewhere that would direct all browsers with "a" french primary language (eg. fr_FR, fr_BE, fr...) to a french site, all users with "a" english language (eg. en_US, en_GB, en_...) without having to enter each one indivdually in the config_lang file.

No division is for "locale", if not it is difficult for different locale (ex: es_ES, es_MX, ... or pt_PT, pt_BR, ....)
