I am trying to clean up after hacking problem. Part of what I am doing is to see which files have ben modified or added after a certain date. I get very many files in the templates_c directory, with names that seems to be encrypted and either .php or .inc extensions.
What kind of files are all these files?

These are cached for the page rendering, when you go to Site > Admin and clear cache these are what get removed so feel free to delete them...
