If you're looking for constructive criticism:
- there are 100 validation errors, so the site is not valid XHTML.
- the layout is way too busy, with all of the scrolling, fading, etc.
- the scroll bar under the header doesn't always line up the text properly - sometimes it's empty.
- the news scroller has large blanks.
- there are too many different font styles and sizes, which makes everything look disjointed.
- the flyout menu should have a different bg color, as it's not differentiated enough from the regular backgound, which is kinda confusing.
- even when refreshing, the site takes 5-8 seconds to load.
