How would I display "Groups" or "Users" in a page?

How would I display "Groups" or "Users" in a page? Not using the Front end user module.

For example I added users to a group called "Past Presidents" and I wanted to display them on a page. Is that possible out of the box?

Not out of the box unless you used News to do it... or install Products or Cataloger, You'd have to make it fit but it wouldn't be hard... also, you could use the pages and menus to do the same... nice thing about CMSMS is that there is a way, you just need to think outside the box sometimes hope that helps... have a great one

Weird I read that totally different, I see what your saying, but I'm think that sugna was just using that as an example, but I could be wrong...

Even if it's just an example he may still have an idea how he added/would add them since he knows about FEU...

Is he going to be making pages for them or just have a list of them with links to bios about them or?...

I just want to display groups or users that are registered in the admin on a live page. What I have is this:

This is currently hard coded but I wanted to use a module to add them and display these users but I need a way that would look intuitive to a client.

So since I don't have the skills to create a custom module I thought I could just create a group called "past presidents" throw some users in that group and display them on a live public page.
