page 2 of install blank

I did a test installation locally on Apache and everything went great. Now I'm trying to install on our Windows 2000/IIS server and installation page 2 is blank. Page 1 had success for every line, but page 2 is just blank.

Are you running PHP as CGI or ISAPI module? Also, are you using the 0.7.3 release or the latest SVN trunk?

I'm running 4.3.6 as CGI. and I'm using 0.7.3.

Hmm.. my ISAPI 4.3.8 worked fine (except for a warning).

Do you have error_reporting set to E_ALL in your php.ini file? Also, what is the url of page 2?

error_reporting is set to E_ALL. The url is internal, so you won't be able to see it, but this is it:
