Uninstalled News then Reinstalled, doesn't show up in Admin anymore

I uninstalled the news module and reinstalled it.  Now it doesn't show up in my Content menu in the Admin area.  How can I solve this?  Is there a file from the original setup that I can just move back over to get this back?  I'm comfortable playing in MySQL as well if there's something there that I need to do.

Did you set the Group Permissions for Modify News?

I no longer (since my uninstall and reinstall) have the 'Modify News' option in my Group Permissions.  I'm sure this is linked to the above problem.
