[SOLVED] survey module??? tag??

I've looked thru the modules but nothing jumped at me... is there anything that could be used to create a survey and show the number of responses??

problem is that user have to register (according to what i read) to be able to fill out the poll... i wanted to see if there was a survey where people did NOT have to register to use it...
