Call to undefined function: displayerrorpage when trying to upload tag

Hi,

I was trying to upload a new TAG and after filled the form:

http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/upload_plugin.shtml

I've got the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: displayerrorpage() in /var/www/cmsmadesimple/modules/Uploads/Uploads.module.php on line 1247

does anyone can help?
