version 1.3 Cuba - 2 langs only english and french

Hi,
I have juste been uploaded the last version of CMSMS (version 1.3 4570) and in my directory "admin/lang" only 2 langs are there: english and french. It's the same in other directory where sub directory "lang" is in.
Is it a bug or normal ?

I have downloaded the link from the CMSMS home by clicking on "télécharger".
Herewith the link http://www.cmsmadesimple.fr/cmsms-versi ... .0.tar.bz2.
I use dreamweaver with ftp included.

Before downloading anything, if I click on this link then admin/lang directory I'll find only french and english. There is no more other langs.
I have others websites with older CMSMS version and I have a lot of langs.

It is a special french version done by cmsmadesimple.fr . Have done the same for DE.

Think next version 1.4 will have separate language files.
