[solved]TinyMCE image upload function has disappeared

Hi I just upgraded from 1.2.5 to 1.3.1 and in TinyMCE where I used to have the fucntion to upload an image via Insert/edit image. Now all I get when I hit browse is a normal "browse server" window with no upload functinality.

I have even ugraded to TinyMCE 2.4.2 but it made no difference.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue or has the fuction been removed in this version of CMSMS?

Great , Yeah just swapped the file reset the prefs and ticked the box..
