I am using CMS for a website that contains Arabic, however the formatting is a bit of a pain and won't display correctly as it is usually right aligned due to being read right to left.
Are there any updates / modules that would fix this bug?

Not sure, what you mean ...
Content is formatted by CSS. So it should be no problem to change text-align: left; to text-align: right; in your CSS.
