error after upgrade to 1.31

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

error after upgrade to 1.31

I upgraded from 1.25 to 1.31 and after that I got an error. Whenever I try to do something in Modules there is an error showing that I do not have persmissions to write in that folder. But the folder was set to chmod 777 and PHPSafe mode is off.
Also, I can not upload any images. Same thing here: chmod 777

Hosting provider?...

Have you tried the Support Tool in Tips and Tricks to see how it looks from the server?...

You may have to change the permissions to 755 or 775...
