HTMLarea

I have found a few posts about this but nothing that really helped me.
I would like to make the HTMLarea larger and possibly add a horizontal scroll bar. Where would I find the file to do this? If possible could you list the full path as in the previous posts there was only partial paths.

Sorry. What I was referring was the text field that you input your raw html into when you don't use a wysiwyg. I'm just wondering if it's possible as my html looks a bit untidy when using it.

Yeah. I had a look there but my level of PHP knowledge is limited to mailer forms at the moment. If anyone could let me know which file and which line of the file (I don't ask for much do I?  lol) that would be great.
