[Solved] Cant edit pages after upgrade from 1.2.3 to 1.3

I have just upgraded from cmsms 1.2.3 to 1.3. The site displays fine. However when attempting to edit any page I get the following error

What's happening? Any ideas on how this can be repaired?

You were probably hacked before you went from 1.2.3 to 1.3

you need to
a) completely delete all files
b) restore from a known good backup
c) reset all of your cms passwords
d) do the upgrade
e) backup again.

Done. Thanks. Whew!  Yes, I had been hacked with 1.2.3. I will definitely back up more often now.
