Copy pages and CSS in TinyMCE

Hi,

First off, congrats with version 1.3 - The more I use this system the more I like it!

A few ideas to new stuff.

• A way to copy content pages
• Possible to tell TinyMCE to use only CSS from a specific CSS ID. ex. #content h1 etc.
