Image Manager

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Image Manager

I just installed v1.3 and everthing seemed to install fine.

When I try to access Image Manager -- the admin main page is displayed.  Is there some permissions that are missing?
