Some anchors work but not others (I'm using pretty urls)

Some anchors work but not others (I'm using pretty urls)

I can't figure out what is going on. I've coded the anchors in normal html (I tried the smarty way to no avail). Out 8, only a few of the anchors work. Nothing is different about them so I can't figure out what the issue may be.

I've read in some places that the pretty urls could have something to do with this. I need to keep the pretty urls...but I need these anchors to work too.

look at the {anchor} tag (plugin).
eternity (n); 1. infinite time, 2. a seemingly long or endless time, 3. the length of time it takes a frozen pizza to cook when you're starving.
