Release of alpha version of Podcast Manager module

Hi,

I released a version of a module I have been working on lately, 0.3 alpha 1 of the Podcast Manager.

This module is used to manage media files. It provides facilities for uses to upload, group and catagorise media files. As well as generating downloads and podcasts.

The module is fairly simple in terms of functionality. It meets my needs, and hopefully it's generic enough to be used by other.

You will notice that it is very similiar to the Album module. That is because I started with the Album module as a baseline, as the functionality I wanted to implement was quite similiar. As I develop it more I will move further away from the Album base code. Also the Album module is very well written, and I found it a good guide being new too cmsms and php coding.

I would be pleased to hear any feedback or suggestions.
