property listing/search

Hi all,

I've been asked if i can add a property listing to a CMSMS site, that would be searchable by a form where you select desired attributes to search by (e.g. price range, location, number of rooms, etc). So you'd select price range, location, etc from dropdowns on the form, and the search would return property pages that had those attributes associated with them.

I've had a look at some of the search modules, but they seem to just do a search of page content, whereas I only want to search meta-data associated with those pages.

Any suggestions for how I can achieve this?

This would involve coding... there's nothing built in to do this at this point.

I'm working on a specification for a paid project that would do exactly this though.  Maybe if you have budget you can chip in on the costs.

Thanks for the reply. We're still at the initial scoping stage, but I'll be in touch if the client decides to go ahead with it.
