Make my site use .html or www.mydomain.com/cmsms/howcsmsworks/

How do I change like I have seen alot of cmsms sites instead of index.php?page=sdaksdjasjd make that to www.mydomain.com/sdaksdsa.html or www.mydomain.com/sdaskdaskds/

I hope you understand what I mean...
