FormBuilder layout - Looking for help Paid or Free :D

FormBuilder layout - Looking for help Paid or Free :D

I have your lovely CMS, just ading a page for people to be able to upload there own web pages,

I have forum builder send me all the information i need, it is now getting it to look profession on the main site now at present it looks like ( See attacted Picture"

It would be nice to have it like

Your Company Name
BOX HERE
Your Email Address*
BOX HERE

And be able to make the boxes width 550

any help would be really kind thanks

This you can achieve by changing your template when editing a particular form under the Form Template tab.
And be able to make the boxes width 550
You can do this by applying css to your form and/or fields.
Take a penny, leave a penny.

It is most impossible to tell you how to do this w/o the rendered code/source or a link to site...
