Installation Error. Help please? [solved]

Installing a fresh copy of "Greenland" 1.2.4 on SQL 5.0.45 and PHP 5.

All applicable folders are CHMOD 777 based on the wiki instructions.

I get this on step 4 of the install:

Installing modules...
Fatal error: Call to undefined function cms_module_SetTemplate() in /data/12/1/108/44/1108859/user/1165305/htdocs/mikrondigital/lib/classes/class.module.inc.php on line 2041

uhhh.... what?
