The reason is that CMSMS use "images" and FCK "Image".

I have to change in a better way FCK, so force it to use "images"

FCKeditorX works  good, the CMSMS image folder is the same of FCKeditorX?

I'm leaving job now, and will post as soon as I reach home.
The problem is not where FCK does put the file, is that it replace the relative link, and includes the current folder.

I will test in root and I'm sure it works, but still need in the future for some install in subfolders on one site

Updating to 0.9.7b2 seems to fix a caching problem on fresh installs of 0.11 beta 4.  megabob, did you do anything to implement caching on this release?  0.11 beta 4 ships with 0.7 installed and it gives an error about not being able to load fckstyles.xml from tmp/cache/.  Any thoughts?

I installed it on the latest svn version and the image browser isn't working at all for me.  I was too tired last night to try and track down why, though.  If I can get that working, then I'll replace 0.7 in svn.

Hi Bob.
I cannot find a good online translator to write you in italian. I try to make it clear in english again:

if my cms is in mysite.com = all is ok with FCK
(image is in mysite.com/uploads/images/myimage.jpg)
when I enter FCK, I add images, I can see in FCK and preview, and page is correct and source is


BUT if my cms is in mysite.com/cmsms/

Even if my cms install is in subfolder, I want it or
because if not, I cannot (or my clients cannot) move the cms or they will have to go to each content and rename:

if I have my site in mysite.com/sub1/sub2/sub3/cmsms/
path in content in FCK become this is not possible to give to a client.

furthermore, if I manually enter correctly: (like TinyMCE does), then FCK editor cannot see in editing, only the page output is correct (front side for visitors) until we move the cms or rename cms folder.

So the problem is not in the FCK image browser, but where to define FCK has to look for images starting relative from CMS root (and not from domain root).

This is the same on your test site, Bob.

I agree with you that the problem here is only communication between you and me, because I know you can solve that   I hope now I explained it better.

maybe Wishy? can you help me explain it? or tell me what you did for TinyMCE for relative path, maybe I can apply to FCK too.

By the way try to change:
FCKeditorX\FCKeditor\editor\filemanager\browser\default\connectors\php\config.php

Insert like last instruction this

or
$Config['UserFilesPath'] = '/..' . $Config['UserFilesPath'];

Same for
FCKeditorX\FCKeditor\editor\filemanager\upload\php\config.php
