Suggestion for future development (Accessibility related)

Hi,

I just stumbled upon http://fluidproject.org/index.php/aboutfluid and wondered if it was a good idea to use some kind of framework-solution for backend that might be used in frontend as well. I really like the jQuery approach since it is very lightweight as well as powerful. Along with some fluid-modules you can enhance the accessibility of most projects and since a lot of backend-features in CMS made simple rely upon JavaScript it would be a great idea to focus once again on accessibility that is to say on ATAG.
