3 new projects to bid on

I have 3 projects which I am soliciting bids on:

1.  I need the following site converted to CMSMS and provide blogging functions.  As part of the work I need SEO, which is the main reason I am asking for bids - if you think the site can stay as is and you can do the SEO and increase traffic to the site please let me know.  http://www.fl-injury.com

2.  This site is a ground up build which must provide the following:
    User and group permissions
    Video galleries (multiple formats)  and upload functions restricted at the user level
    Blogging - restricted viewing at the user level
    Ideally the video storage will be through S3
For this project a NDA will be necessary prior to full disclosure of project details

3.  This will be a ground up build for a new legal services website.  In 8 hours you may view the details at

I need input on the best ways to implement the services offered including secure payment transactions, case tracking and affiliate signup.
