[SOLVED] changing template for adding / editing content

Post by Gregor »

Hi,

I'd like to a udt, and cms-link, and in some cases a picture, to the content page, so if I add content, these two/three are added standard to the content area. Is that possible, and if so, where can I add/change this template. Assuming it is a template.

Thanks for your reply!

Do you mean Default Content? So when you add a page to the site, there is default content waiting to be edited?

If so check out the Default Content page under the Site Admin header

That's what I meant. Never thought about the use of that menu.

Remains one question, if I'd like to add html code, is there a way to add that as well?

Thanks!

i think the CMS automatically detects HTML and deals with it accordingly

I tried a simple test using this

DEFAULT CONTENT in the Page Default editor

and when i added a new page the
had shifted the DEFAULT CONTENT down so i'm guessing everything else will be fine
