how to upload and install a ziped modules..???

Hello...
how to upload and install a ziped modules/tags..
can anybody guide me.
for example i want to add "tell a friend" that is only available in zip format. how can i upload and install to the CMS..

"Tell a Friend" is not a module, but a plugin. The easiest way to install it is to download it, unzip it to your hard drive, then FTP the file "function.tellafriend_form.php" to the plugins directory of your server.
