Newly Added Content: Auto Descending Menu?

Is there a way to have most recent pages/links show at the top of a {menu}?
OR
Is there a way to add new content to the top of the list under a parent category by default rather than at the bottom of the list as it currently does?

Basically, I want newly added content/links to automatically show first in a menu on the front-end so the cms users doesn't have to move the new page up to the top of the parent list every time a new page is added.

I'm using CMSMS 1.2.4
