I get nothing after installing

After I finish installation (v0.7.3) and click on, "Here is your CMS site" it takes me to my site, but nothing is there. A total blank. Not even the warning telling me to remove the install.php All of the tables are in the database (I think, there are 31 tables). I also noticed the index.php has a filesize of 0. Any ideas?

nevermind...i replaced the 0 size index.php with my local one and everything is fine now
