Any guide for the setting up users?

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Hi All,

Just a quickie. I'm looking for a guide to setting up backend users with different perms. I've got the (very) rough gist of it but I'd like to know more about users/permissions etc. Is there any guide around? I see nothing in the documentation. Any help would be thankfully received.
