Added pages not visible

Hi!

When I add pages they are not visible in the website hierarchy but show when I'm asked to name parent page when creating a new page. They are all listed above the index page with just a dot (.), the index page having (1) and sub pages (1.1), (1.2), etc.

After a new page is created, the page overview doesn't show as usual.

Anyone know what to do?

I'm running version 1.0.1 and everything else is working fine.

What's in your {menu} tag?

Would it not be better to have the other pages NOT be children of the main page, so that the are 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, etc.?
