Newbie question: Best way to include "related news" in News Module

Hi,

I'm a completely newbie, so forgive me if my question sounds like very basic. I'd like to include at page footer something like "related news" or "related content", as "Read also...". Is there a way to make it automatically? (based in keywords, for example).

I've digged forums to find this answer, find some topics but all answered.

Any help will be very appreciated.
