Backup and restore method for CMS-Made-Simple [solved]

Backup and restore method for CMS-Made-Simple [solved]

Hope I've posted this in the right section.

I have Installed CMSMadeSimple and I am adding content.

However, backing up is obviously a bit different from on my old site where I just done a full ftp download once a week.

WOuld someone mind giving me an idea of how I can completely backup (and if neccesary restore) my cmsmadesimple site if neccesary?
