formatting the menu

Post by herbshirt »

I'm feeling brave and have just followed the video on how to convert a static site but... the css i'm using styles lists but because it's hidden in php hell menu manager kinda thing  I can't actually SEE what I'm formatting. I just wrapped the existing divs around {cms_module module="menumanager"} but not getting anything near the original yet.

Anyone?

To call the menu manager to look for your pages and make a ul li you just need the basic {menu} tag then from there you can choose a menu template from the defaults or click the import icon to the right and name it then you can customize it to your liking... (remember to NOT add the .tpl when naming it)

I don't understand where you are starting from. Convert a static site ? OK. What (TF) is "hidden in php" ? What do you have ? What do you want ? What have you tried so far ?
