Error installing CMSMS 1.2.4 [Fatal error: Call to a member function GetRow()]

Hi,

I am trying to install CMSMS to fresh host, using version 1.2.4. During install procedure, after the screen to enter database info, I get this error: (this happens whether I enter any data into database info screen or not):

Fatal error: Call to a member function GetRow() on a non-object in /data/home/hosted.by.web/web/www/new/lib/classes/class.contentoperations.inc.php on line 354

I'm on a PHP5 host with mysql5, have installed many CMSMS before and have not come across this issue. Can anyone help?

UPDATE: Went back to 1.2.3, which went through entire install routine successfully. The issue above seems related specifically to 1.2.4
