[Solved] "change settings" doesn't work for frontenduser

I have set up frontenduser and uploaded all the usernames and passwords.

The only problem i am running into is that when I make password changes on the "Change My Settings " form and click the submission button, it brings me back to a page says "You are logged in, welcome XXXX" and there are not changes made in the database. The old password is still there and the new one did not enter.

Please can anyone help with this?　

I am working on version "CMS Made Simple 1.2 "Barbados".
