CMSMS demo website again added some modules

Again I added some of the latest modules to my CMS Made Simple demo website. I also added some templates. Adding this templates wasn't as easy as I expected because I had to modify the CSS files that came with the theme before I could use the themes. (maybe someone can give me a hint to simplify the import  )

The Album is missing the nav. images in the lightbox template, I found the best fix is to copy the Album CSS into a new stylesheet and attach it to the template...
