difference look between Firefox and IE

Hello,

I start with a new page. My standard browser is Firefox. At this it looks fine. Now I try IE and it is strange.

I made some pics.

Whats going on? After F5 the page is loaded. At page "test" the footer is up. I dont have to say that I do not like IE, but what is now. I was so happy to find something like CMS. But now

Thanks for the link. I use mod_gzip_item_exclude mime ^text/css for the .htaccess.
