How to use '{' and '}' in content [SOLVED]

Post by kk »

Hi All,

First of all let me thank you for this excellent system.
Wow, it is so simple to use.
I try to use CMSMS since it answers my expectations. I hope to find out more after exploring all extensions.
I am completely new to CMSMS and to be honest I am also generally new to CMS systems.
Please, forgive me this newbie question.

I need to place '{' and '}' in my content. When I did it in WYSIWYG  editor I got many errors when previewing the page. I think that the system is trying to interpret these characters as internal tags. How can I place them in HTML not putting the system into confusion?

Thanks for help,
Krzysztof

Have you tried enclosing them in {literal} { ....} {/literal} tags?

No, of course I didn't know about this tag. It works perfectly. Thank you Nullig.

And BTW is there any list of all tags somewhere ?

Just when I though I had found a solution, I refreshed the page and all the answers where there  :-\
I would have done { and } (I used as search criteria 'coded characters' in Google).
But that is probably mentioned in above solutions.
