Fatal Error after entering mySQL info

Hi. I just downloaded CMS Made Simple 1.2.3 and I am installing via WS_FTP Pro. My host has PHP 5 installed and MySQL is version 5.

I am following the Quick install via FTP instructions http://wiki.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php/User_Handbook/Installation/Quick_Install

I am on Step 10 and I enter the mySQL info:
Database Type: MySQL
Database host address: mysql.test.atlow.org
Database name: testdb
Username: cms_user
Password: ********
Table prefix: cms_
Create Tables (Warning: Deletes existing data): selected
Install sample content and templates: selected

When I click continue, I get:

Warning: require(/home/.parano/whealer/test.atlow.org/version.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/.parano/whealer/test.atlow.org/include.php on line 64

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/.parano/whealer/test.atlow.org/version.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/.parano/whealer/test.atlow.org/include.php on line 64

anything strange in your FTP upload log ?
What about retrying with another http://wiki.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php/FTP_program ?
