Thankyou for your reply. I cant seem to connect through Filezilla either. I thought I would look that way to see error messages? Not sure what to do now. If it was a server/hosting problem the site would not be online would it?

I am building this site to make it the simplest possible for them to edit and add new products themselves without knowing html/css. I have also tried using the Products module for this but I don't know how to combine the Gallery module with it so that I have my gallery of category thumbs taking them...

got it, I looked back at my notes, the username and the database need to be preceided by the account name _. So civeh_tracy etc.

thankyou for your reply. It is version 1.10.3. I have gotten to step 5 and the error message just says Could not connect to the database. Verify that username and password are correct, and that the user has access to the given database

I've uninstalled the newest album module and insalled a later version 0.9.2 and it works now. So I have cms version 1.9.3 album 0.9.2 and mysql41

So I am still have trouble with the Album module. I've had the host copy my database to version mysql41 and it is still not working. Can anyone tell me what I can do now? So I am using cms version 1.9.3

Oh, yes it is 5.1.25
Is that problems just with the cms version 1.9.3 and that version of the Album together? I have just worked on another site that uses the MYSQL version 5.1.25 with no problems
