I have uploaded a new template using the them manager tool and it was successful.  I had then to activate it and went into template but none of my template are showing into window. It is empty. Has anybody runed into this trouble before?

Yes I have, but I can not CHMOD the required files using this method. Only secure shell will allow me to do so on the server I am using.
