Re: Reinstalling after attack from hackers
Cool, thanks very much.
When you say back up the data, what exactly do you mean? The MySQL database? I'll backup/download the 'uploads' folder but I'm nervous to download the whole site because of the malicious code in there
Thanks again

Reinstalling after attack from hackers
Hello I've got to try and 'repair' a site after it has had malicious code uploaded to it by some hackers. They have downloaded the site, added some malicious code to it and then reuploaded. The site is a CMSmadesimple site and some of the files that have been identified as containing the malicious c...

Re: 1.2.5 zip file not unzipping
I downloaded in Safari rather than Firefox and used safari's own unarchiving facility and it worked fine!
Strange that BOM and Stuffit were both having problems but at least I've got it to work now
Thanks

1.2.5 zip file not unzipping
Hi I've had this problem quite a few times in the past and is the reason I've not upgraded versions sometimes. In relation to another post: http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php/topic,22006.0.html I'm trying to upgrade from 1.2 to 1.2.5 by uploading 1.2.5 and running install/upgrade.php My proble...

Re: Editor permissions aren't allowing them to publish
Hi
Thanks very much for that. It sounds like I need to upgrade.
Do I have to install all the diffs between 1.2 and 1.2.5 (i.e 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3 and 1.2.4) or can i go straight to 1.2.5
Thanks!

Editor permissions aren't allowing them to publish
Hello I've set up an editor group but when the person edits a page and presses submit - it by default sets the page to inactive (which they can change) - it removes the page from the menu and when they click on the options tab for that page they don't have the 'show in menu' option so i always have ...

MySQL Vers 5
Hello
I know that the system requirements state that you need MySQL 4. I just wanted to know if it will work with versions higher than that? I'm assuming it will - just wanted to check.
The server that I will install it on will run:
5.0.27
Thanks
