Hi! When I add pages they are not visible in the website hierarchy but show when I'm asked to name parent page when creating a new page. Nope, I haven't added anything or changed any templates. It's just installed without modifications.

I've cleared everything, downloaded it again and installed it once more. Same thing happens. Same string of errors as posted above.

No, it's a new installation. And I haven't installed or uploaded anything else than what came in the installation file. Do I need to? I don't remember doing it the last time I installed CMSMS.

Have I done something wrong? I've installed an older version of CMSMS before and it works great. But when I'm trying to install the latest version, the index page looks like this:

I would like to add a logo and some text that tops all print pages generated by {print}. Maybe also a footer with some copyright notes. Is it possible to do that and if so, how?

I need a really simple menu -- basically just a text without graphic effect, either horisontal or vertical, with a look like breadcrumbs. If possible, I would also like to get rid of the ID numbers of the pages (13.3, etc.).

Anyone got any tips or ideas?
