Problems with CDN
Hi everybody. A friend who takes care of hosting for both mine and his sites enabled (I'm not sure this is the right word) CDN i.e. content delivery network services for the server that hosts my CMSMS installation. Now I have problems when using CMSMS. For example when I want to change anything, I k...

Smarty error while posting news
News worked ok for me - untill now. When I try to add some news I get the following: Fatal error: Smarty error: [in content:content_en line 41]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: mso-style-parent: ""; margin:0cm; margin-bottom:.001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:12.0pt; font-famil...

Help: Cannot modify headers
I have just installed CMSMS 1.2.4 on my host's linux-machine. When I login to admin mode, I get the below errors on top of each page. What should I do? I'm able to work on the site, but I'm afraid something will go wrong. Thanks in advance, Igor Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers al...

Re: Admin problem - help!
If it works in a subdirectory and your need is to move to the root directory, please search for "move to root" or "moving to root" for details. Unfortunately that's not the case. Installation is ok and site works, but I can't log as admin: when I try to log on as admin, the same...

Re: Admin problem - help!
Hello, Indeed I moved CMSMS to a subdirectory and it worked (but I can't let it that way). Then I asked their support to make it a document root and when they did, the problem reappeared :-( It is like some relevant settings of main domain document root are different from subdomain document root set...

Re: Admin problem - help!
So far I have tried (in this order): - installing 1.2 CMSMS - deleting 1.2 (db, files and everything) and installing CMSMS 1.06 - deleting 1.6 (except db) and copying working CMSMS installation from the same server (editing config.php) Nothing worked. Owner and rights are the same (it's a unix serve...

Admin problem - help!
Help! I have one working CMSMS site on my Dewahost server, but can't get another one to work. Installation goes ok, but when I try to log on as admin, the same login screen comes again, and without any error message. My working site is CMSMS 1.06 and I tried to install 1.2 for the new site, so at fi...

Create a theme from other people's design?
I'm considering buying a commercial design template for my site - they are now as low as $20! What I get this way is 2-3 HTML pages (homepage, subpage with side column and subpage without side column) and CSS files.
How do I re-design my site starting with the above?
Thanks,
Igor

Re: Serving random page
Thanks scooper, seems exactly what I need
Can I use the same technique to track outgoing clicks? If I create a different dummy page with just a redirect in it (implemented the same way like here), it would show in my website logs/statistics one should think!
Regards,
Igor

Serving random page
Hi all,
I need a way to serve 2 homepages, showing each 50% of the time. Is there a way to do it and how?
Thanks for reading this,
Igor
ps. I asked the same question before but probably the title wasn't motivating for anyone to read, so...

Re: Margin comments
Thanks for the reply.
But how should I position them *verticaly* ? Should they be 5 additional contents all with differrent "top" attribute ?
(in the meantime I have learned few articles about css positioning, as I understand this is also what you suggest, too)
Regards,
Igor
