Field Length CGCalendar
Hi there, Is there a way to change the default field length within CGCalendar for the "Summary" field? And if I were to change the max length in the database (I don't see any way to do so through the CMSMS interface), would that conflict with or break anything else? Would I have to keep re...

Re: Install Problem to 1.9 - Production Site Down
Yes I did experience some of that. Most I could just manually change on the page content (it was minimal, thankfully). Not sure if it is related to the CMS upgrade or the host SQL upgrade though. I"ve experienced it before on Wordpress and had to literally do search and replace throughout all t...

Re: Install Problem to 1.9 - Production Site Down
I chose the MySQL 4.1 option because the host suggested it. Otherwise I would not have chosen differently. Have you ever encountered weird characters showing up in the content post-upgrade? For example: .

? Is that a problem that was there before but not appearing (based on how user inputted ...

Re: Install Problem to 1.9 - Production Site Down
That IS what I am installing. Latest version. I believe I found an answer deep in an OLD post many versions ago. It throws errors if you choose other than mySQL(compatibility) from the install screen which makes no sense. I hope this is the end of the errors. I hate upgrading this site because every...

Install Problem to 1.9 - Production Site Down
Based on suggestions to earlier request I installed 1.9 and am now dead in the water with the following errors: Warning: mysqli_real_escape_string() [function.mysqli-real-escape-string]: invalid object or resource mysqli in /usr/www/users/artweiss/lib/adodb_lite/adodbSQL_drivers/mysqli/mysqli_driver...

Re: Unable to Edit Pages
HI there, Actually I DID use search first because I hate to be someone who asks questions already resolved. However searching on unable to edit pages and the error messages I received weren't turning up the results. So there must've been a better way for me to search given that you share it's been a...

Hi there, I haven't made any changes to the CMS software or the templates of the site. I am running version 1.6.7 of the CMS Out of nowhere today my client is unable to edit any pages. In the admin screen the pages all list but then when you click on a page to edit the following errors appear: Warni...

File Manager - Sort Options
I have a client asking me about the File Manager. I haven't customized it at all, but it appears the default behavior is to only allow sort by Filename and Size. Is there a way to allow a sort by date? at least ascending/descending?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Backing up Automatically
I created a site for a client and I noticed in other threads there is no core or module based automated backup utility. There are several suggestions from people regarding cron jobs and other detailed ways to backup which are beyond the scope of what I plan on doing, not to mention once I hand this...
