0.12.1 installation issues
I'm having 2 problems installing CMSMS 0.12.1 1st of all, here is the configuration: PHP 5.0.5 MySQL 4.1.9 Hosted at Westhost 1. Can't connect to the database During the insatallation (within the install wizard) I select MySQL 4.1+ as the database type. Then I get the error message "can't conne...

Re: FrontEndUsers and SelfRegistration - help needed

FrontEndUsers and SelfRegistration - help needed
I have a bit of a trouble getting these 2 modules up and running properly, so if anybody has some spare time to help it would be highly appreciated... First of all the configuration I'm using: - CMSMS 0.11.2 (I tried to upgarde to 0.12.1 but I had several issues, so I'd prefer to stay with this vers...

Re: Forum integration using the {embed} tag
Your suggestion addresses only visual integration. It's a simple solution, and can work for many people. However, this solution uses iframes, which adds scrolling inside the page. I would hate to see that on my website. I'm also sure that, as a result, your page looks pretty cluttered. You are r...

Forum integration using the {embed} tag
I needed a forum to at least look integrated into my CMSMS site. I'm not a technical wizzard so it took me some time to do it, but eventually I found all the necessary information here in the forum. I thought I'd summarise it in one post - maybe others will find it useful... 1. Notes This method int...

Re: Including external sites
OK I realised that the "headertags" content block will appear only if I turn off wysiwyg editing in the template before I edit the content page...

Re: Including external sites
If I understand correctly this is the step that calls the javascript which would autosize the iframe (which is exactly what I need). However I got a bit lost and can't find the "other content block" you are referring to. 3. In the other content block, that is below the first one (and is ca...

Password-protecting and entire CMSMS site
I want to limit access to the entire site to registered users only (i.e. the site can not be viewed without logging in with a valid username/password combination). I thought Frontend Users was the module for this, but I either misunderstood something or maybe another module (CustomContent?) is neede...

Thanks, this has helped (actually I had the -1 value in the $curlimit variable).

Re: FrontEndUsers SQL Syntax error
It's version 1.0.0, i.e. not the latest version. The reason is that I think the latest version requires CMSMS 0.12 and I'm running 0.11.2 (I had trouble installing 0.12 as for whatever reason the FCK editor was not working, so I decided to stay with 0.11.2 for the time being). I could of course try ...

FrontEndUsers SQL Syntax error
I have installed the FroteEndUsers module (as well as CMSMailer). In the "Frontend User Management" screen if I click the "Users" or "Admin" tab I get the following error message: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL serv...
